  • Onboarding live as of Mon 2026-05-18. Close was Fri 2026-05-15.
  • Hamlett has shared a lot of material in the team G Drive: sales / offer process docs, live works, paid content files, transcripts, training material. Jha's read on it: mostly overview docs rather than full transcripts, but enough to work from.
  • Earlier in the standup Jha noted Holos was "the bottleneck" (waiting on him). That has since moved — material is now in the drive and the build can proceed.
  • Not Patrick-level picky. Jha's framing: "he won't be like Patrick. It'll be good enough for him." Workflow can be lighter touch on copy review.

Build Plan

Same template emerging across Ben Koen and Miles Mortensen (ISOM):

  1. Free training (email-driven, since Pablo doesn't drip-feed)
  2. Improved call funnel — better designs + better copy than current
  3. Product architecture inside Pablo (correct product → module → lesson level)
  4. Visuals — banners + product covers (likely via AI Kit from existing brand assets)
  5. 1-page dossier — often produced by Andreas / Far From as part of their content deliverable

Sequencing

  • Joe first to ask Far From (Andreas) what's needed from their side on content + dossier — before pushing Hamlett directly for assets. This was the standing direction from the 2026-05-19 standup.
  • Joe to review GHL architecture (his existing paid content lives there) before deciding the Pablo migration plan for paid content specifically.
  • Saeed (GrowthOpX internal builder) executes the Pablo build once upstream content / structure is ready.
  • Goal: show progress this week alongside Miles Mortensen (ISOM) at the relevant calls.
