Funnel Architecture
Free Training funnel (priority 1) — single consolidated 21 to 28 day email experience based on Elite Life Code. Day 1 gives away all four audio guides. Each email touches a pillar (mind, body, spirit, emotions, relationships, wealth). All emails subtly direct to a book-a-call CTA. Page captures email, delivers via Pablo, embeds the call booking directly on the delivery page (no second opt-in).
Book-a-Call funnel — separate dedicated page for direct cold traffic. Includes VSL, social proof, problem statements, what-happens-on-the-call, who-it-is-for, testimonials, objection handling. Embedded call booking, not opt-in gated (low friction).
Elite Life Code — hosted on Pablo as a clean asset. No dedicated funnel yet. Decision on positioning (standalone, backend, or new funnel) deferred until the free training funnel is converting.
Pablo Build Plan
GrowthOpX taking the wheel on building everything — emails, automations, pages, asset uploads. Ben approves at review stage. Frees his time for content creation, which is the actual bottleneck.
Custom Pablo homepage with product cover images (Netflix-style grid). Each section of Elite Life Code (start here, body, mind, spirit, emotions, relationships, wealth, closing) treated as a separate product in Pablo so they each get a cover image.

Ben is open and trusting but new to Claude workflows. He'll need clear walkthroughs the first few times, not just hand-offs.
His instinct on the May 8 call to ask "what is the ideal thing if you could say if Ben could do this" — he wants prescription, not options. Worth remembering: he responds well to "this is what we're doing, here's why."
His personality (warm, calm, musical) is itself the product. The advice on the call to put him on video at every step of the funnel (not just the sales page) is correct — the experience of him is the differentiation.
He pushed back lightly on rigid 21 vs 28 day formats and on hooks ("if people want to know, they'll be there"). Worth respecting his instinct here while still applying the fundamentals.
